”Flutterby” cards by Maria Sabina

Hello everyone,

It’s my turn to share the cards I made using the ” Flutterby” kit from Crafty Ola Store. I didn’t get the chance to use all materials included in the kit, but our talented team, will show you the way they used them onto their cards.

I really loved the stamps and the pattern paper from the kit. Beautiful designs.

For my first card I used the pattern paper and my paper trimmer to cut out some square pieces and create the illusion of mosaic. The pattern paper is quite busy, so I kept the rest of the card pretty simple.

This card was really easy to make. I used circle dies to cut out some windows for the butterfly stickers and added the sentiment and a few righstones.

This card has pretty much everything I like: stamping, die cutting and pattern paper. I love layers and even if this looks pretty clean to me, I like the added layers with the pattern paper. The rose gold butterfly die cut piece looks really nice in the circle window.

This card is probably one of my favorites out of all five. I like the floral bit and I think the ”Life is beautiful” sentiment goes perfectly with the flowers and the pattern paper. Great card for Spring.

We all love a nice shaker card! It takes more time to make it, but the result is so pretty and fun! I had a balloon die in my stash and I used it along with the sequins to create the window shaker. I also love the touch of the gold embossing on the sentiment. That embossing powder comes in the kit, along with other fun supplies.

Have you got your kit yet? Go check it out before it goes out of stock.

I hope you enjoy the cards I made, using the ”Flutterby” kit. If you did, please let us know which one is your favorite.

Take care and happy crafting!

”Nature’s Grace” cards by Maria Sabina

Hello everyone,

It’s Maria today with some lovely cards I made, using the ”Nature’s Grace” kit . A lovely kit this month and I’m super excited to share with you my cards. I hope you feel inspired by them and quickly run to get your own kit.

As you can see,you get great products in the kit.Enough materials to create cards or any other projects you desire. The color scheme is fresh and beautiful.I love it.

Here is the first card I made, using the supplies included in the kit. I have a mix of the grey cardstock and the pattern paper for the base of the card. For the sentiment I used the glitter sticker with some foam adhiesve for dimension. To finish off the card, I added  the paper rosette  and a white paper doily.

For this card, I really wanted to have the bird and the sentiment as the main focal point. The design of these stickers is just lovely. To balance the focal point, I added some stripes of the pattern paper and a few pearls.

I like to die cut and for this card I used the inlaid die cut technique. I used the pattern paper for the little parts that create the petals of the rose , but you can use the yellow cardstock that comes with the kit. To finish off the card, I used the pearls and the ”best wishes” sticker.

For this ” just for you ” card, I used a combination of pattern paper, grey cardstock. glitter sticker, pearls, chipboard frame, doily paper and the bird foam sticker. I like playing around with the elements and this is the result. The bird and the pattern paper  are already colorful and detailed ,so I try to keep everything else pretty simple.

For my last card, I used the bunting that comes with the kit and instead of using it as a traditional bunting, I used it to create this geometrical pattern. I used the glitter butterfly and the pearls as embellishments and the foam sticker as my main sentiment.

I really enjoyed creating these cards and playing with the kit. You get so much more in the kit and I will probably use them for upcoming creations.

I hope you like them as much as I do and if you have questions, please let me know in the comments below.

Until next time, stay safe and happy crafting!

Maria .
